Who we are

This website is run by VIP Weddings Films, based in Cascais, Portugal. For any question about your data, write to producao@vipweddings.com.pt.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you choose to give us: names, email, phone or WhatsApp, event dates, venue, current location, celebration type, how you found us and your message. When you request our Couples’ Catalogue, we receive your names, email address, wedding date, venue and the confirmation of your email. We do not ask for any sensitive data.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, check our availability and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who helps us

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the Turnstile spam check and the private storage of the catalogue used for catalogue requests. Catalogue emails are sent through the mail system of our own WordPress site (vipweddings.com.pt). Inquiry forms are delivered to our inbox through our own WordPress site (vipweddings.com.pt) and are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Films are played through Vimeo when you press play. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

If we do not work together, we delete your inquiry within two years. If you book with us, we keep what is needed for the contract and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at any time by writing to producao@vipweddings.com.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Couples’ area

The client portal is a separate system with its own login. Couples receive its details when they book.
